Payment security

Credit card purchase security statement

The confidentiality of your data is protected and ensured by using the latest version of TLS encryption. Online payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption prevents unauthorised access while data is transmitted. This enables secure information transfer and prevents unauthorised access during communication between the customer’s computer and Monri WebPay, and vice versa. Monri WebPay and financial institutions exchange data through a virtual private network (VPN) protected from unauthorised access. Monri Payment Gateway is PCI DSS Level 1 certified under Visa and Mastercard rules. The merchant does not store credit card numbers, and they are not available to unauthorised persons. The webshop uses 3D Secure for additional customer authentication during online card payments.

Protected connection and Monri WebPay

Card payment takes place on Monri WebPay’s payment form over HTTPS protected by TLS encryption. The portal passes the information required for the order and redirects you to that form. Monri states that its payment processing service is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.

Card details and bank authentication

Enter your full card number, expiry date and CVV into Monri’s form. The portal does not store full card numbers or CVV and does not offer saved cards for future purchases. If your bank requests 3D Secure authentication, complete it only through the bank’s designated process. Never send passwords or one-time codes to support.

Payment verification and credits

Before confirming, review the final VAT-inclusive amount and charge currency. The portal allocates credits only after verifying a payment confirmation matching the purchase. Returning from the form or closing the window alone does not prove the outcome. If your card was charged but the status remains pending, check the status and contact support with the purchase reference before trying again.

Invoices and secure communication

An invoice for confirmed payment is emailed as a PDF to your account email and is available in the portal. Keep your email accurate and protect your mailbox because invoices contain billing information. Open the portal directly to verify a message; support never requests CVV, PIN or one-time codes by email. Report suspicious messages or issues to info@atf-chiptuning.com or +387 65 517 111.
